Returns & Exchanges

All items are currenctly FINAL SALE.
Our shipping department triple checks every product and carefully pack every order to perfection, to make sure you receive your order in its best condition as just made by our jewelry designers. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
If an item arrives damaged or never reaches the customer BBYKUTE agrees in advance to replace the item ordered with a new one and ship it to the customer for free of charge. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the package, along with images + order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
(Please allow 1-4 Business days for a response, we reply ASAP)
If under an exceptional case the return has been granted for an exchange:
The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Inspected in BBYKUTE Lab upon return, if products are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, usage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
If you ordered the wrong size please contact us within 48 hours of making the order, along with your order number and size wanted instead at email@example.com
If you've received the wrong size to what is ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, along with images + order number at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange.
No refunds will be accepted.
BBYKUTE will repair the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, etc).
*Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.*
*There will be a minimum 15% + £4.99 restocking fee for all qualifiable returns*
*If the leatherette boxes associated with certain products are not returned or returned damaged, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.*
