We design most of our items in Scotland upon our high quality standards, then distributed to our worldwide warehouses to facilitate international shipping.
Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe.

We deduct the amount from your account when the goods start production or leave our warehouses. In case of payment errors, a temporary reservation may occur, which will be released within 1-5 business days. Please contact customer service for assistance.
For international shipments, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping & Return questions
After placing an order, BBYKUTE.COM typically takes 1-5 business days to process it, subject to change in case of any complications. Orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 days for delivery.
- Express Shipping: 2-5 days for delivery.
Custom Orders: 3-8 weeks for delivery. Please note that once a Customized/Personalized Order is confirmed, refunds are not allowed. We recommend selecting the cheapest shipping option for custom orders due to longer processing times.
During sale seasons, please allow an additional five to eleven business days for order processing.
SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO HIGH DEMAND
Absolutely! We provide a tracking number via email and/or SMS text.
Once your product is shipped, tracking information will be available. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update after receiving it by email.
To track your order, you can visit our tracking page or click on the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email. This will give you more details about your order and its dispatch status.
Absolutely! We can modify or remove items from your order and correct any address inaccuracies, provided that your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. To request a change, please email customerservice@bbykute.com with 'order change - [your order number]' in the subject line.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or make any changes. Our order fulfillment system is designed to ensure quick and efficient shipping. If your order is already in the shipping process, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Missing item:
Occasionally, we may send orders with multiple items in separate parcels based on availability. However, if something is missing from your order, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Damaged item:
We take extra care in packaging our items, but sometimes mishandling during shipping can result in damage. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
Once we receive the information, and after fast track investigation we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
Once the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, BBYKUTE is not responsible for missing or lost packages. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor your order's progress until delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with your mail carrier, neighbors, or building manager/mail room first. If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact the shipping company directly as it is their responsibility to deliver. You can open a claim with them using the tracking information provided.

Based on the claim outcome, we may or may not be able to replace your order. Please inform our customer service about the issue so that we can provide any necessary assistance in such rare scenarios.
Failed Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributed to the customer (wrong address, absence of receiver, etc.) or if the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to BBYKUTE at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our shipping department ensures careful inspection and packaging to deliver your order in the best condition. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it by emailing us at help@bbykute.com with your order number and images. We will assist with any issues free of charge. Please note that no return labels are provided, and exchanges will be processed as store credit or replacement items. Rub a dub dub, no Jewelry in the tub!
Harmful chemicals they contain could also do a number on your personalized Jewelry. Too much sudsing in the shower while wearing your personalized necklace, bracelet, or rings can cause a film to form over the precious metal, dulling the sheen and diminishing its gorgeous shine.
Makeup first, then accessories
Lotions, hairspray, and some cosmetics contain chemicals that can be harmful to your Jewelry. It is always best to apply your makeup first and then put on your Jewelry in order to minimize exposure that can be damaging.
Take it off before you sweat it off
Make sure to remove your Jewelry before all intense physical activity. This will protect it from reacting to the chemicals in your sweat or from any damage that may occur in contact sports.
Jewelry and pools don't mix
Pools and jacuzzis are full of chlorine that, if exposed for too long, can cause your Jewelry to discolor . So play it safe: When you're stripping down into your bathing suit, take off your Jewelry too.
Don't clean with the gleam
Harmful chemicals and Jewelry don’t mix. The chemicals in cleaning products can be harmful to the quality and longevity of your precious Jewelry pieces.
Be smart about safekeeping
Properly storing your Jewelry will do wonders for keeping it looking new. Keep your customized Jewelry in a box where it won't get tangled up with other items or damaged from too much movement.
