What are the items made of? Quality Guarantee?

BBYKUTE represents commitment to fine quality and outstanding value at affordable prices. Our product materials are certified 14-18K gold, 925 sterling silver, genuine rhodium, Brass, Stainless Steel. We fully guarantee the authenticity of our materials and every order comes with a digital certification.


We use the highest quality PVD plating process available. This process allows our gold plated jewellery to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. Our goals are that the item colour lasts as long as possible, the item should never turn your skin green, the item should never rust. All our items come with an unlimited quality guarantee in case of a manufacturing defect or so we will be happy to exchange it for free.


We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

Where are the items made and shipped from?

We design our items in Scotland upon our high quality standards, then distributed to our worldwide warehouses to facilitate international shipping.

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe.

What are the diamonds made of?

BBYKUTE patented Diamond technology used on our In-house made items are, BBYKUTE certified Lab Diamonds with AAA+ light reflection clarity, almost impossible to tell the difference for the naked eye between a $3'000 diamonds and a BBYKUTE Certified Diamond, due to the special patented way our designers came up with creating a 99.99% reflective diamonds which makes it colourful and incredibly sparkly. We call it a KUTE Diamond.

No glue nor plastic nor glass is used into making BBYKUTE Certified Diamonds, they are set professionally each on its way with the edges, we also provide VS, VVS, Si, diamonds with GIA certificate of authenticity per request.

Do you create custom pieces?

If you have a sketched item or just an idea, we will be able to make it happen. You can also visit our Customized Collection for inspiration.

We are also able to make specific options to fit your custom request concerning any existing products wanted in different lengths, widths, or material options. As we design in-house, any item can be made to your taste.

Payment questions

What methods of payment are accepted?

The following methods of payment are accepted:

- All major credit/debit cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, etc...

- Pre-Paid Debit Cards

- PayPal
- Sezzle - pay in 4 equal instalments, no credit required.

The account information you enter when purchasing products is sent directly in encrypted form (SSL), and only you and the Payment Service Provider have access to this information. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you.

When do you deduct the money on my account? What about Custom Tax?

We will not deduct the amount from your account before the goods start the production or depart from BBYKUTE warehouses.

There may rarely be made a reservation on your bank account if an error occurred during the payment. In this case, the amount will be released within 1-5 business days.

Please contact our customer service if this happens.

All packages are shipped via USPS/FedEx/DHL. Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by BBYKUTE.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation Email after 24 hours, please contact us at help@bbykute.com with your inquiry.

Shipping & Return questions

How long does shipping take?

Once an order has been placed it approximately takes BBYKUTE.COM, 1-5 business days to process an order. The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order. Orders ship each Monday and Thursday of the week.

BBYKUTE is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Standard Shipping takes 3-10 Days to Arrive.

Express Shipping takes 2-5 Days to Arrive.

Custom Orders take 3-4 Weeks to Arrive. Once a Custom Ordered has been confirmed refunds will not be allowed. We advise selecting the cheapest shipping option for custom orders due to their processing time.

Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for the processing of orders during sale seasons.

Will I receive a tracking number? How do I track my order?

Yes, we provide full tracking information via email and/or SMS text.

Tracking will be available once your product is shipped sometimes after it's shipped.

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

You can visit our tracking page, to view more information about your order and whether it was dispatched or not yet. Or, you can always track your package by clicking on the link we've sent you. You’ll find the link in the same mail that confirms the shipment of your package.

Can I change my order/address?

We can change or remove items from your order, also correct any misspelled or auto-filled address incorrectly, as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. If you want to make a change to your order, please write an e-mail to customerservice@bbykute.com with 'order change - and your order number' in the subject line.

My order is missing something! Or Arrived damaged!

Item missing:

Please note that sometimes we send order with multiple items in separate parcels depending on which was available to ship first. But, sometimes things can slip. Of course, you will receive all your products, which you have ordered. Contact us, and we will fix it!

Item Damaged:

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?

We are so sorry, but once your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it or make any changes – We will still be happy to stop the order if we can, however, our order fulfilment system is designed to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, your order may already be in the shipping process, and in that case, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

I didn’t receive my package but my tracking number says it was delivered?

BBYKUTE is not liable for missing or lost packages once the tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbours or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to the shipping company, It might be that an item gets lost in the post, if so then you can open a claim with the shipping provider used.

Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order. In any case always let us know of the issue by contacting our customer service in case there is any extra help we can provide for such rare scenario.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (BBYKUTE) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition.

In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is wrong/incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. (Earrings are final sale.) Please email us with your order number and images of the item at help@bbykute.com and we will be glad to help with any issues free of charge. Keep in mind exchanges will be processed in the form of store credit or similar product replacement. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Your order cannot be canceled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Gently rub the surface of your piece with a polishing cloth. After use, always store your pieces in its jewellery pouch. To ensure product longevity and quality please keep away from water.

Rub a dub dub, no Jewelry in the tub!

Harmful chemicals they contain could also do a number on your personalized Jewelry. Too much sudsing in the shower while wearing your personalized necklace, bracelet, or rings can cause a film to form over the precious metal, dulling the sheen and diminishing its gorgeous shine.

Makeup first, then accessories

Lotions, hairspray, and some cosmetics contain chemicals that can be harmful to your Jewelry. It is always best to apply your makeup first and then put on your Jewelry in order to minimize exposure that can be damaging.

Take it off before you sweat it off

Make sure to remove your Jewelry before all intense physical activity. This will protect it from reacting to the chemicals in your sweat or from any damage that may occur in contact sports.

Jewelry and pools don't mix

Pools and jacuzzis are full of chlorine that, if exposed for too long, can cause your Jewelry to discolor . So play it safe: When you're stripping down into your bathing suit, take off your Jewelry too.

Don't clean with the gleam

Harmful chemicals and Jewelry don’t mix. The chemicals in cleaning products can be harmful to the quality and longevity of your precious Jewelry pieces.

Be smart about safekeeping

Properly storing your Jewelry will do wonders for keeping it looking new. Keep your customized Jewelry in a box where it won't get tangled up with other items or damaged from too much movement.
