Where are the items made and shipped from?
Global Design and Distribution: Our designs originate in Scotland, made with the highest quality standards and are distributed to worldwide warehouses including USA, Canada, Europe and Asia to facilitate international shipping.

Introducing BBYKUTE Stones: Our exclusive BBYKUTE Stones boast AAA+ light reflection clarity, resembling $3,000 diamonds to the naked eye. With 99.99% reflectivity, they dazzle with vivid colors. Some items come as moissanites depending on description of the item. They are free from glue, plastic, or glass, and we also offer various clarities like VS, VVS, Si, along with a GIA certificate upon request.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS
What payment methods do you accept?
Convenient Payment Options: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and more), Pre-Paid Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank transfer (upon request), Sezzle, and Afterpay (pay in 4 equal installments, no credit required).
Rest assured, your payment information is securely encrypted (SSL) and accessible only to you and the Payment Service Provider, ensuring privacy and security.
When will the payment be deducted from my account? What about Tax?
Payment Timing and Tax Information: We deduct the amount from your account when the goods start production or leave our warehouses. If any payment errors occur, a temporary reservation may appear, which will be released within 1-5 business days. For international shipments, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
SHIPPING & RETURN QUESTIONS
How long does shipping take?
Shipping Timeframes: After placing an order, BBYKUTE.COM typically takes 1-5 business days to process it (subject to change in case of any complications).
Standard Shipping: 3-10 days for delivery.
Express Shipping: 2-5 days for delivery.
Custom Orders require 3-8 weeks for delivery. During sale seasons, please allow an additional five to eleven business days for order processing.
SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO HIGH DEMAND.
Will I receive a tracking number? How do I track my order?
Tracking Information: Yes, we provide a tracking number via email and/or SMS text. Once your product is shipped, you can track it using the provided tracking link in the shipment confirmation email.
Can I change my order/address?
Modifying Orders and Addresses: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can accommodate changes or corrections. Email customerservice@bbykute.com with 'order change - [your order number]' in the subject line.
Can I cancel my order?
Order Cancellation Policy: Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel it or make changes. Our system ensures quick and efficient shipping.
My order is missing something! Or Arrived damaged!
Missing or Damaged Items: Sometimes we do send orders in separate packaging to facilitate the process.
However, If something is missing, contact us, and we will promptly resolve the issue. For damaged items, provide your order number and a picture within 48 hours for a free replacement.

I didn’t receive my package but my tracking number says it was delivered?
Package Delivery Inquiry: After the tracking shows delivery, please first check with your mail carrier, neighbors, or building manager/mail room. If needed, contact the shipping company directly using the tracking information to open a claim.

Based on the claim outcome, we may or may not be able to replace your order. Please inform our customer service about the issue so that we can provide any necessary assistance in such rare scenarios.
What is the return policy?
Return Policy: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of receiving it at help@bbykute.com with your order number and images. We'll assist with any issues free of charge.
Exchanges will be processed as store credit or replacement items. Order cancellations are not possible once placed. All items are considered final sale.

Caring for Your Jewelry: To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, follow these tips:

- Always store your pieces in the provided jewelry pouch.
- Keep away from water and avoid wearing them in the shower or tub.
- Apply makeup before wearing jewelry to minimize exposure to harmful chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before intense physical activity or contact sports.
- Avoid exposing jewelry to chlorine in pools or jacuzzis.
- Refrain from cleaning with harmful chemicals found in cleaning products.
- Store your customized jewelry in a box to prevent tangling and damage from excessive movement.

What is the process for complaints?
Handling Complaints: Complaints should be made within a reasonable period after receiving the goods. Buyers are required to check the products as soon as possible upon arrival. Please email your complaints to info@bbykute.com.
