Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed it approximately takes BBYKUTE.COM, 1-5 business days to process an order. The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order. Orders ship each Monday and Thursday of the week.
BBYKUTE is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
Standard Shipping takes 3-10 Days to Arrive.
Express Shipping takes 2-5 Days to Arrive.
Custom Orders take 3-8 Weeks to Be ready, then they are shipped. Once a Custom Ordered has been confirmed refunds will not be allowed. We advise selecting the cheapest shipping option for custom orders due to their processing time.
Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for the processing of orders during sale seasons.

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (BBYKUTE) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. Visit our FAQ page for more details.
Item Arrived Damaged:
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and picture of the damaged product. Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
Return Policy
In case you receive the wrong item, or a broken item, or the order never reaches you (returned by logistics or lost and not marked delivered) BBYKUTE agrees in advance to replace the item ordered with a new one and ship it to the customer for free of charge. Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving the package, along with images + order number at help@bbykute.com OR 3-6 weeks if the item didn't reach you after it was marked as dispatched/shipped.
BBYKUTE will resend a new product under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact BBYKUTE customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order).
3. Order not marked "Delivered" by the shipping company/tracking, as in lost by the shipping company.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept other types of returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, also due to the fact that every item ordered is custom made for the size and gold finish wanted for you only. Our quality check department in collab with the shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition.
REFUNDS
After receiving your exceptional return excluding the custom made items and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Exceptional Refunds may take 1-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We cannot accept cancellations, refunds, and returns on custom-made items. These include all products in the custom collection or a custom-made sizing outside the standard sizing, and any additional engraving or metal letters added to an item (unless faulty). The custom-made items are made for you only, thus they can not be returned.
