After placing an order, BBYKUTE.COM typically takes 1-5 business days to process it (subject to change in case of any complications) at BBYKUTE we care more about quality perfection than fast fashion. Orders ship each Monday and Thursday of the week.
Custom Orders require 3-8 weeks for delivery. During sale seasons, please allow an additional five to eleven business days for order processing.

Return Policy
Need to return your order?
Easy, Bbykute got you covered! In case you receive the wrong item, or a broken item, or the order is returned by logistics and not marked delivered. BBYKUTE agrees in advance to replace the item ordered with a new one and ship it to the customer. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package, along with images + order number at help@bbykute.com OR 3-6 weeks if the item didn't reach you after it was marked as dispatched/shipped.
BBYKUTE will resend a new product under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item. Original ordered item will be shipped FREE of charge.
2. The item is broken, defective. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact BBYKUTE customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order). A FREE replacement will be issued or a FREE fix after return of the item received.
3. Order not marked "Delivered" by the shipping company/tracking website, as in lost by the shipping company.
4. Due to hygiene reasons many items such as Earrings will not be accepted for return.
All sale item purchases are final. These items cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. Please note, that all Items that do not comply with our Returns Policy will be returned to the sender, and any financial inquiries with the bank or such will be challenged.

EXCHANGES
- Store credit will be issued, so that you can re-purchase a new item.
- If you need an urgent exchange, we would highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return, and we will issue you with store credit, once we receive your unwanted item. (As we do not hold items, nor exchange, while your item is being sent back).

REFUNDS
After receiving your exceptional return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds are made as store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We cannot accept cancellations, refunds, and returns on custom-made items, for just a change of mind or incorrect sizing. These include all products. The custom-made items are made for you only, thus they can not be returned.
